Claire Evans
Claire first got interested in radio after some work experience with the BBC Radio Drama Department in Bristol, and made her radio debut as “SFX Potato Peeling” in 1992.
Since then she has strayed from the radio pathway to do a degree in Psychology and travel round the world. Having had a proper job for just 13 months the horror of it all became too much and the call to radio became too strong. Yes she would like a job in radio – if there is one going!!

An exploration of some great works of music that inspire images that are totally unrelated to the subject about which they were composed. Would Puccini really approve of the associations conjured up by his aria “Nessun Dorma”?

The Strange House
In his poem “The Strange House, Max Gate AD 2000″, Thomas Hardy imagines the people living in his house in the year 2000. Andrew Leah is that person and he opens his doors and invites you on a tour of Max Gate:
