Henry Wilkinson
Henry Roger George Wilkinson was born on the first of June 1980 at Leighton Hospital, Crewe. His decision to follow a career in Radio came after a year in the wilderness. Part of this year he spent working as a Mexican Tile consultant in Toronto. Beforehand, Henry studied Electronic Engineering with French at Birmingham University. The passive aggressive enjoys drinking manhattans, eating churros and lying on sunloungers. After completing the course in Bournemouth, Henry plans to travel around the USA in an old school minibus and hunt down the American dream.

Health and Safety in the Workplace
H&S is no joking matter, especially in the kitchen. Jamal Khan, a bouncer from Cheltenham, and Barny Stephenson, a fireman from Dorset, both work as Health and Safety consultants in their spare time. In this first programme, they discuss hazards in the kitchen and give advice on staying healthy and safe.
