The player is constantly buffering, why? I am on a 56k modem.
Symtom: When I try to listen to a programme, it is constanly being
interupted by the 'buffering' message.
Reason: BIRSt now uses multiple bitrates, which means the appropriate
stream is sent to the user depending on connection speed. Older
versions of media player do not support multiple bitrates and have
to download the entire file, including the broadband portion, which
requires a higher speed connection than 56k.
Cure: Download and install The
Latest Windows Media Player

should I download?
