Why can I only get the 22K stream?

Symtom: Despite a broadband connection the high quality stream can't be heard.

Reason: BIRSt now uses multiple bitrates, which means the appropriate stream is sent to the user depending on connection speed. Older versions of media player do not support multiple bitrates and can only play back the lowest bitrate eg 22Kbps.

Cure: Download and install The Latest Windows Media Player
