With Britons spending an average of 24 days a year procrastinating according to research by Censuswide for Beagle Street, Richard Queree looks to tackle the things we want to put off until later. He speaks to Piers Steel, author of the book ‘The Procrastination Equation: How to Stop Putting Things Off and Start Getting Stuff Done’ to find out how we can use our time more effectively and stop putting things off in the future.

Richard also catches up with members of the public who share the everyday tasks that they put off doing. He also looks at the impact that procrastination has on our everyday lives.
