Ryan Thrussell is an award winning student radio Station Manager, with skills not only in leading but also presenting, producing and a keen interest in the marketing sector.\u00a0Over the past 3 years Ryan has led from the front as a stand out individual looking for progression. Hungry to succeed, Ryan began working at Nerve in 2012. A creative outlook and passionate approach has seen Ryan move through the ranks as just a small volunteer to a natural leader, along the way transforming Nerve into a creditable and well respected station.<\/p>\n

BBC Radio 1 Xtra, Fire Radio (Bournemouth) and Vibe 107.6FM (Watford) have also been adventures in learning the industry.<\/p>\n
