Sit down and chill with Nick Leibman as he guides you through some cheap, and relatively healthy meals.
1-2 Medium Carrots
2-3 garlic cloves
Bag of pre-made tortellini
Salt and Pepper
Wash your veg , and discard the ends. Use your cheese grater to get the veg into strings. Roughly chop the garlic. Add a knob of butter and olive oil to your pan and set to medium low heat.
Add the veg and garlic and stir for about 10 mins. After the 10-minuet mark add the bag of tortellini and keep stirring. Eyeball the pasta so that is soft but not falling apart.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil on.
