Time to Talk Today

1st of February 2018 //  by Jo Tyler

BIRSt has always been a supporter of the Time to Change Campaign, trying to change thinking against the stigma of mental health issues.  Today is Time to Talk day and we thought we’d put together some of our programmes from the BIRSt archive that have looked at mental health from different perspectives, because podcasts are a great space to listen and share thoughts.

Listen to the 2017 Time For Change programming from the 2017 BIRSt Team including archive pieces

Connect with the MIND Award 2016 nominated podcasts Sharing Space, produced by Alison Blaes – from BIRSt Team 2016.

Join Mental Health campaigners Jonny Benjamin and Neil Leybourn on BIRSt and Professor Andrew Mayers from BU for chat about mental health and young men at BU, including their top 5 tips to manage your mental health.

Today, make every conversation count. #Timetotalk
